Hello Team Rachel,
Your stories are very touching to me. You and your family are very strong people.
My twin daughters Chloe & Isabelle were born on May 31, 2006 at 26 weeks. Chloe lived for 1 day and Isabelle fought in the NICU for 5 weeks before passing away. It was the most horrible 5 weeks of our lives and a life-changing experience that will never be forgotten.
On October 22, 2007 we were blessed with another beautiful baby girl Olivia Faith. I was on bedrest for 6 months but she was born full-term. Her birth changed me and made me believe again. She is truly a dream come true.
I am pregnant again and due in August. I am once again on bedrest.
My husband and I fully support the March of Dimes because we know first-hand the issues of having a premature baby. I am on a committee here in NYC which supports all of the family teams. Last year our team, Team Levine raised over $12,000 for March of Dimes and this year we are hoping to get $18,000 but I am not sure we will make it. It is definitely harder this year. If you have any suggestions on how to raise more, please let me know.
Please visit our site when you have a chance, www.GoTeamLevine.com.
Once again, it was so nice to ready your story. You are very lucky to have your 2 beautiful girls!
Be well,
Paulina Levine
